This Electronic Resource Information & Learning Center (ERIL) is being hosted by the Regional Programme on Strengthening Management for Impact (SMIP) in eastern & southern Africa.

ERIL is intended to facilitate and promote a culture amongst stakeholder of pro-poor initiatives of sharing and utilizing information and knowledge in order to better manage towards impact.

ERIL will evolve based on the needs of and feedback from its users. Consequently , we encourage all visitors to provide us with feedback/suggestions to improve the site.

A number of resources on ERIL are accessible only to registered users. If you have already registered with the site, fill in your User Name and Password in the Login Box on the right. An emailed request will automatically be sent to the site adminstrator who will review your request and, if approved, will email you instructions to complete your registration.
