This Electronic Resource Information & Learning Center (ERIL) is being hosted by the Regional Programme on Strengthening Management for Impact (SMIP) in eastern & southern Africa. ERIL is intended to facilitate and promote a culture amongst stakeholder of pro-poor initiatives of sharing and utilizing information and knowledge in order to better manage towards impact. ERIL will evolve based on the needs of and feedback from its users. Consequently , we encourage all visitors to provide us with feedback/suggestions to improve the site.
